CHASE

At D5 we were given the task to bridge the gap with multicultural communities who don’t feel Chase has products, tools and or services that work well for them. So, we took a hyper-local approach with Chase Community managers and rolled out a very simple and honest message: Cuando trabajamos juntos, podemos hacer grandes cosas. (When we work together, we can do great things.)

And for audio we summed up everything the Chase Community Team can offer for our audience.

Chase for Business

On the Business side of things, we highlighted stories of Black and Latine entrepreneurs and connected them with Chase Business consultants to show we can change the odds, together.

For audio ads we used small business owners and Chase Business consultants to tell us their story.

BANKING LEADERSHIP

And in consumer banking, I worked with the general market team on the continuation of this modular campaign that highlights the emotions people experience with their money and what they can do through Chase - in a culturally relevant way.

We also tried this creative approach on audio ads to show how Chase gives our customers more control, confidence and security over their money.
